This is one of the home factories where we buy our jewelry. Arizona turquoise and US made tools are supplied to these silversmiths and we get back high quality jewelry. Buck-A-Gram deals directly with the silversmiths. No middlemen to increase costs and diminish the quality.

Melting silver to make flat ingots

Turquoise being ground to size for rough inlaying, note that stones are inlayed in an unfinished state square, not rounded
		Gluing stones using 24hr 2 part high quality epoxy we do not use super glue !
Uniform grinding, all stones must be the same height this is why stones are inlayed unfinished
		Each stone is now individually rounded
Silver "Skin" is sanded to expose the clean silver
		4 stages of finishing using coarse to fine polishing compounds to remove all scratches to make it shine
Finally I personally inspect every piece, only high quality for the customers of Buck-A-Gram
		This factory employs 4 females and 5 males, aged from 19 to 35, no children are used, they also make twice the local minimum wage

Look closely at the photos above. This factory is located in Asia yet the jewelry being made there is just as authentically made (if not more so) than the jewelry made here in the USA. Nowadays very few will work this hard to make jewelry. Most buy pre-rolled pre-cut silver blanks, pre-cut stones and machine made imported findings that only adds to the final cost and lessens the authenticity. Are they making jewelry or just assembling it ? The factory above makes everything by hand from scratch the way it's supposed to be done ! This is why our prices are so low and the quality so high.
